Amit Agarwal links me to Winzip Companion 1.0 for Outlook. Looks like a good feature from Winzip. Especially this is really handy for people who send a lot of attachments and when some of them are sensitive documents. It definately saves a lot of space on hard disk and limits the size the the pst file as well. I do sent out a lot of attachments and I use Winrar’s compression before I send them out and also I can encrypt the file names, set a password and keep my file permissions as it is. Similar feature and integration from Winrar would be a added benefit. By the way, I use Winrar instead of Winzip for all my document zipping. It can also extract data of a iso file.
