And I am one of those who haven’t updated to iPhone OS 3.1 yet. My two good reasons: –

1) I want my tethering and have read of reports that OS 3.1 is going to block it. So will wait till there is a work around
2) I have read reports at multiple places that battery life has gotten shorter and I definitely do not want that.
