Good Remarks: –

  • Good idea and has a place for people who are across multiple sites and wants a consolidated view
  • Can save time
  • I am impressed the way Threadsy collects information about a contact

Just Remarks [Because I don't know if they are good or bad] : –

  • Why do they need me to put email address and password before I can use the product?
  • They have not yet earned my trust so that they can access to my inbox. Is there only audience is the audiene who used Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo email?
  • I tried deleting email from within Threadsy, but nothing seemed to have happened
  • I entered my email address and password so that I can get to see main dashboard of Threadsy [Temporarily]. I then deleted it and now I am back to square 1 – it is asking me for my email address and password again – I DON'T WANT TO PROVIDE IT

What do you think? Is it going to become part of your lifestream?

5 Tips to boost your career

While I was reviewing what can I do to boost my career, I came up with these 5 high level steps [I do need to re-remind myself of these things now and again]. They have worked for so far and have helped me to move to bigger and better things. I thought I will share these with the rest of the world as well.

They are not new, it is the same old but golden rules that just work again and again.

1) work on interesting, new and challenging projects. Change is good and keeps things interesting
2) find/create positions where you have power and authority to do things differently
3) update/advance your skills
4) take more responsibilities/projects at work
5) give your 100 percent to tasks/projects at hand

Do you have any other major tips to share?

Love Apple Products and Love the rate at which they churn out products

I am a self proclaimed Apple Evangelist for quite some time. Love the products and love the rate at which they churn out products. The below product just hit my email today.

Will I get it, 99.9% may be not. I don't have a good reason to get one, I own iPhone 3GS. But I will definitely recommend it who is not convinced yet to get an iPhone [ I still don't get it why though!, they are just stubborn as I am/was]. If I have to buy any of my friends or relative such a gift, I will gladly do so [hint, someone's getting this soon].
